If you have a website and need some help promoting it or don't know what to do next you came to the right place. The links on this page will help you promote your site at no cost to you. I will also list some tips and hints on how to get your site more search engine freindly.

Tip#1  Entertain your visitors. The top reasons people surf the internet is to find out something and for something to do. The great majority of surfers don't have web site, blog or "a space" but just like to look around or see what they can get for free, like music, games or videos or look up stuff. If your site is informational then you have a good start. If your site just promotes your stallion or barn then you may have more work to do on the site to encourage visitors. Remember, visitors can one day be customers.

Tip #2   Exchange links with other web sites that have the same interests as your site. Just take a look at my links page. All of those sites also have a link to my site on them. The more links that are coming in from other sites to yours - the better ranking you have on the search engines. Currently Kingdom of Horses has over 1300+ links from other sites pointing to Kingdom of Horses. All that takes time and effort on your part as a webmaster. Great sites where not made over night.

Tip #3  Consider making money from your site by joining Google adsense or Shareasale (both links are on this site - Shareasale this page and Google on the home page) They are free to join and you can make considerable income from your site when a visitor clicks on one of your ads or links from them. Just don't overload your site with too many ads or you will discourage your visitors.

Tip#4  Join StatCounter and copy and paste the code you get on your web pages. The info you get form the statcounter will be invaluble to you. You can find out where your visitors came from, how long they were there and which pages they looked at. It will also tell you where in the world they are from plus many more features all for FREE!
